Program I
Level 1 - Equipment / Supplies
- Program designed for those facilities in need for RT evaluation and set-up of equipment / supplies.
- Weekly visit provided for evaluation and care plan.
- Education and training for Nursing staff and families

Program II
Level II – Basic Respiratory Services
- This program serves to enhance the facilities patient base by allowing admissions of higher acuity patients (BiPAP / CPAP / Trach patients)
- RT staffing on site (8-16 hrs / day)
- Evaluation and treatment on a daily basis, access to equip / supplies.

Level III – Comprehensive Ventilator Program
- Pre-admission eval. / support marketing / Weaning Protocols
- Management and Implementation of Policy / Procedures
- RT staffing 24hr/7day
- All-inclusive equipment and supplies
- Itemized month end billing for each patient
Pulmonary Health Network (PHN) is a recognized leader in the respiratory care industry. Since 1999, the Company has operated a network of Respiratory care programs in Skilled Nursing facilities. PHN provides contracted services to various facilities throughout the state.
