Program I Consulting / Equipment / Supplies
Program designed for those facilities in need of RT consulting, equipment and supplies. The following are highlights of this program: Weekly change out of disposable supplies (Label, bag). Clean out filters. Yearly PM on Concentrators, Nebs, Suction Pumps.
Program II Basic Respiratory Services
Program designed to have RT evaluate and treat pt's on a daily basis. The following are highlights of this program :
- RT Staffing (8-16 hours /day)
- Screening of all Residents for Respiratory Intervention
- Initial eval, Care Plan, treatment
Program III Comprehensive RT Services
Program designed to treat (Vents/ Trachs) at the facility.
- Case Management (Eval on referrals for admission to facility)
- RT Staffing 24hrs/7days week.
- Equipment (Ventilators, Concentrators, Sx Pumps..etc) and Supplies
IMMEDIATE BENEFITS TO FACILITY:
No, we bill the facility directly as per contracted terms.
No, PHN will be responsible for providing ALL this for the pt.
Yes, having a Board certified Pulmonary to manage your Trach / Ventilator patients. PHN can assist with this requirement.
Yes, we will carry Medical Liability, Worker’s comp, and Unemployment.
PHN will be responsible for Background checks, hiring, disciplinary notices, schedule, and termination.
PHN will hold “Inservices” for all the staff at the SNF prior to START –UP of the program.
PHN will share risk when this happens, as long as we approved for admission of that patient. PHN will bill for equipment and supplies only. (Medicaid rate)
No, PHN has to be contacted with all admissions to the program for a Full evaluation prior to admission.
No, PHN will provide all equipment that will be inspected and electrically checked.
